Rafael Lemus

is an essayist and literary critic. He founded the quarterly Cuaderno Salmón (2006-2008) and coedited the magazine Letras Libres (2008-2010). He has published the collection of short stories Informe (Tusquets, 2008) and the essay Contra la vida activa (Tumbona, 2009). He is currently getting his PhD at Graduate Center, CUNY. He lives in New York.
