The New School for Social Research presents a conference called "little magazines & The Conversation of Culture in America," Thursday November 12 – Friday November 13 2015. The conference celebrates the 50th anniversary of Salmagundi & the launch of the new M.A. in Creative publishing & critical journalism at the New School for Social Research.
This two-day event ignites the conversation between contemporary journalisms and politics for a celebration of NSSR's newly launched M.A. in Creative Publishing & Critical Journalism, concurrent with the 50th anniversary of the legendary Salmagundi Magazine.
The Thursday evening event takes place in Wollman Hall, and will be available via livestream here.
